5000 * 200 / 10 is the answer which is 2500 N

Solution :-

  • Initial velocity = 0  \dfrac{m}{s}

  • Time taken = 20 seconds

☆Distance covered by stone = 400m.

According to second equation :-

{\boxed{\large{\bold{s\:=\:ut\:+ \dfrac{1}{2}{at}^{2}}}}}

we have :-

\hookrightarrow\:400\:=\:0\:×\:20\:+ \dfrac{1}{2}\:×\:a\:×\: {(20)}^{2}

\hookrightarrow\:400\:=\:200a

\hookrightarrow\:a\:=\:2 \dfrac{m}{s}^{2}

Now , force = Mass × acceleration

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 7000 × 2

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 14000N

Therefore force = 14000 N
