For this sum we will use the ratio and proportion method.

Litre : Distance :: Litre : Distance
108 : 594 :: X : 1650

Product of means = Product of extremes

108 \times 1650 = 594 \times x \\ x \:  =  108 \times 1650 \:  \div  \: 594 \\ x = 300 \: litres
