We know that

90 km/h = 90 × 5/18 = 5 × 5 = 25 m/s
v² - u² = 2as
(0)² - (25)² = 2(a)(25)
0 - 625 = 50a
-625 = 50a
-625/50 = a
-12.5 = a
Now
v = u + at
0 = 25 + (-12.5)t
0 - 25 = -12.5t
-25 = -12.5t
25 = 12.5t
25/12.5 = t
2 = s
Time is 2 second
