using second equation of motion
s= ut+1/2at²
s= 0(20)+1/2(a)(20)²
400 = 0+1/2(a)(400)
400= 200a
a = 400/200 = 2m/s²
mass = 7 tonne = 7(1000) kg => 7000kg
therefore,
force = ma => 7000(2) = 14000 N
