A tv set is available at 15% discount and an additional discount of 9% is also given on the
discounted price on festive seasons, how much a person has to pay during festive seasons if
its marked price is Rs 5700.

Marked price= rs.5700

Total discount on festive season= 15+9

= 24%

therefore, 24/100 ×5700 = 1368 rs.

rs.1368 has to be paid to buy the tv set on festive season
