Let the digits be x,y

10x+y=6(x+y) => 4x=5y => 4x-5y=0 -----------------------(1)

10x+y-9=10y+x => 9x-9y=9 => x-y=1 ----------------------(2)

            4x-5y = 0

(2)*4 => 4x-4y = 4

Subtracting we get -y=-4 => y=4

Sub in (2)

x-4 = 1 => x=5

Thus the number is 10*5+4 = 54
