let the unit digit be x and tens digit be y

the A/C to ques y = 2x + 2  ....... - (1)

and also xy = 5 + 3(x+y) ....... (2)

now putting value of x in equation (2)

(2x+2)x = 5 +3(x +2x + 2)

2x^{2}  - 7x - 11[/tex]</p><p>[tex]2x^{2} -9x +2x - 9 = 0\\\\x(2x-9) + 1 (2x-9) = 0 \\x = 1 or 9/2

the no. is 29
