10a+b = 4(a+b)+3

=> 10a+b = 4a+4b+3

=> 6a-3b = 3

=> 18a-9b = 9 .... (1) (mutiplying by 3)

Now,

10a+b+18 = 10b+a

=> 9a-9b = -18 ...... (2)

By subtracting eq. 1 from eq. 2,

9a-9b-18a+9b = -27

=> -9a = -27

=> a = 3

In eq. 1.....

18 (3)-9b = 9

=> 54-9b = 9

=> -9b = -45

=> b = 5

Therefore,

Number = 10 X 3 +5

= 35
