The difference between digits is 6.

Given - Relation between the sum of digit number

Find - Different between the digits

Solution - Let the two digits be x and y. Assuming x to be at ten's place and y at units place. Hence, the digit will be 10x + y.

Now forming the equation as per the given

information.

10x + y = 54 + x + y

Solving this equation to find the value of x.

10x - x = 54

9x = 54

x = 54/9

x = 6

So, value at tens place is 10*6

Value = 60

Keeping the value of x in equation to find the value of y.

10*6 + y = 54 + 6 + y

60 + y = 60 + y

So, y is 0.

Hence, the digits are 6 and 0 and number is 60.

Difference between digits = 6 - 0

Difference = 6

The difference between it's digit is 6.
