a two digit number is 6 times the sum of its digit .if the digit in the units place is increased by two and ,the digit in the tens place is decreased by two , the number so formed is 4 times the sum of the digits . find the numbers

10x+y=6(x + y)------------------------------1
(x-2)+(y+2) = 4 (x+y)---------------------2
simplify it and use any method either substitution or elimination
