Grammar bites:

A sentence is generally made up of multiple words and can be divided into two parts:-

• Subject is the noun part which tells us about whom or what we are speaking of. It can consists of Nouns, pronouns or Adjectives.
• Predicate is the verb part which is what is said about the subject. It consists of finite verbs, objects or any kind of compliments, adverbs, modifiers etc.

Ususally the subject part comes first and then comes the predicate. But sometimes the whole predicate or a part of predicate is placed before the subject for the sake of convenience or structure of sentence.
