so the whole thing is an arithmetic progression
a=2
d=2

a(5) = 2 + 4 \times 2
a(5)=10
there will be 10 vampires in the fifth night

Number of person bitten 1st=2
Number of person bitten the next night =4 Number of person bitten the next night =6
Number of person bitten the next night =8
Number of person bitten the next night =10
Number of person bitten on the fifth night
=2+4+6+8+10
=30
Therefore Number of person bitten on the fifth night is 30
