A vehicle is accelerating on a straight road. Its velocity at any instant is 30 km/hr, after 2s, it is 33.6 km/hr and after further 2s, it is 37.2 km/hr. Find the acceleration of vehicle in m/sqared second.

Here,
u1 = 30 km/h
t = 2 s
u2 = 33.6 km/h
a = (u2 – u1)/t
a1 = (33.6 – 30)/2 = 1.8 ms-2
Similarly, a2 = (37.2 – 33.6)/2 = 1.8 ms-2
The acceleration of the vehicle is 1.8 ms-2
u1 = 30 km/h
t = 2 s
u2 = 33.6 km/h
a = (u2 – u1)/t
a1 = (33.6 – 30)/2 = 1.8 ms-2
Similarly, a2 = (37.2 – 33.6)/2 = 1.8 ms-2
The acceleration of the vehicle is 1.8 ms-2
