We have to find the length of AB(refer the enclosed attachment).

In ∆PQR,

tan theta=10/8=5/4----------(1)

In ∆ABC,

tan theta=AB/30-----------(2)

Using equations (1) and (2),

↪5/4=AB/30

↪AB=5×30/4

↪AB=150/4

↪AB=37.5

➡Thus, the height of the tower, AB=37.5 m.
