PV = n R T

n = m / M

PV = m/M RT

or by rearranging above equation

PM= m/V RT

d = m / V

PM= dRT

d = PM / RT

mass of mixture = wt. / n

n = mole of N2 + mole of CO2

= 7/28 + 11 / 44 = 1 / 2 g

wt of mixture = 7 + 11 = 18 g

mass of mixtures= 18 ÷ 1/2 = 36 g

1.01 x 10 ^ 5 x 36 x 10^-3 ÷ 8.31 x 290 = 1.5 kg per m3
