Answer:

No.of Moles = Weight/Mole.Wt.

Molecular Weight of CH4=16

Molecular Weight of SO2 =64

Mole ratio of CH4 : SO2

=(1/16 : 8/64)

= (1/16 : 1/8) =8 : 16 =1 : 2

No.of molecules is directly proportional to the no.of moles.

So ratio of the number of molecules = 1 : 2
