A vessel in the form of an inverted cone is filled with water to the brim.its height is 32 cm and diameter is 25.2 cm.6 equal soild cones are dropped in it so that they are fully submerged.as a result one third of water in the original cone overflows.what is the volume of each of solid cone submerged?

Ans: Volume of the cone: = 1/3πr^2 h
Volume of cone: 5322.24 cm cube
1/3rd of volume of cone = 1774.08 cm cube is the volume of water flew out.
This is equal to the volume of six solid cones.
Hence volume of one solid cone = 1774.08/6 = 295.68 cm cube
