1 hr the clock will complete 1rotation here
radius of circle - 15cm
circumference of circle - 2πr
2×22/7×15 cm
30 × 22/7
- 94.2cm

Diameter of hemisphere = 21 cm
therefore , its radius= 21/2 cm

since , radius of hemisphere = height of hemisphere = 21/2 cm

total height = 14.5 cm
height of hemisphere = 21/2 cm

therefore , height of cylinder = total height - height of hemisphere

=> height of cylinder = 14.5-21/2 =(29-21)/2 cm = 7/2 cm

base of cylinder is upon open hemisphere ,
=> radius of hemisphere = radius of cylinder

capacity of vessel = capacity of hemisphere + capacity of cylinder

=> capacity of vessel = 2/3πr³+πr²h

=> capacity of vessel = (2/3 × 22/7× 21/2 × 21/2 × 21/2) + (22/7 × 21/2 × 21/2 × 7/2)

=> capacity = (407,484/168) + (67,914/56)

=> capacity = 2425.5+1212.75

=> capacity = 3638.25 cm³

hope this helps
