Answer:   The capacity of the vessel is 3811.5 cm cube. Add volume of the cylinder and volume of hemisphere, you will get the answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of the vessel is

=   22/7 x 10.5 x 10.5 x 4  +  2/3 x 22/7 x 10.5 x 10.5 x 10.5

=   1386  +  2425.5

=    3811.5
