A vessel on the shape of a cuboid is 30 cm long and 25 cm wide. How high must it be, to hold 4.5 litres of water.

so , 1 litre = 1000 cm cube

volume of a cuboid = 30 * 25 * h


30 * 25 * h cm cube = 4.5 * 1000 cm cube

h = (4500)/(750)

h = 6 cms..
