Daily need of water = 4000 x 150

Amount of water in tank = 20 x 15 x 6 x 1000

Number of days = Amount of water / Daily need

= (20 x 15 x 6 x 1000) / (4000 x 150) = 3

population = 4000
litres per head = 150 l
total litres of water for population = 600000 L
volume of cuboid = l×b×h = 20×15×6 = 1800 m3
litres of water in tank = 1L = 1000m3
= 1800 m3 = 1800000L
days it will last = 1800000÷600000= 3 days
