Your answer
-------------------

Measure of sides of a triangular field = 70m , 240 m and 250 m

Semi perimeter = S = (a + b + c)/2 = (70 + 240 + 250)/2 = 280

Finding the area of the total field by using Heron's formula.

 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{280(280 - 70)(280 - 240)(280 - 250)}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{280 \times210 \times 40 \times 30 }  \\  \\  =  > 8400 \: m {}^{2}
Therefore,
----------------

Area of the field = 8400 m²

Area of land donated to the children's home = (1/3 × 8400) m²= 2800 m²

Thus, area of land available for growing vegetable is 2800 m².

The values depicted by the farmer are generosity , kindness and selflessness.
