Step-by-step explanation:

Length of wall = 4.8 m

Breadth of wall = 3.5 m

Area of wall = 4.8 × 3.5

= 16.8 m²

Length of tile = 12 cm = 0.12 m

Breadth of tile = 10 cm = 0.01 m

Area of tile = 0.12 × 0.01

= 0.0012 m²

No. of tile on the wall = 16.8/0.0012

= 168000/12 = 14000 tiles

Cost of one tile = Rs. 2.50

Cost of 14000 tiles = 14000 × 2.50

= Rs. 35000
