90 metres long x 60 metres wide x 40 metres high = 216,000 cubic metres of water.
Answer : This water tank when at 1/4 level is 54,000 cubic metres of water.
For each cubic metre of cold water at 10.C this is equal to 1,000 litres of water. So with having 54,000 cubic metres of water x 1,000 litres = 54 million litres of cold water in in this tank at present.
