______________________________________________

diameter=28 m

therefore radius(r)=14 m

now.. height(h)=7 m

volume of the cylinder is ....

 =  \frac{22}{7} \: r {}^{2} h \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 14 {}^{2}  \times 7 \\  = 22 \times 14 {}^{2}  \:  \: m {}^{3}  \\  = 4312 \:  \: m {}^{3}  \\  = 4312000 \:  \: litre \\  = 4312 \:  \: kilolitre

Answer:

4312L

Step-by-step explanation:

r=14m (diameter/2=28/2=14)

h=7m

 \large \bold{v} =   \large \blue{\pi {r}^{2} h}

 =  \frac{22}{ \cancel7}  \times 14 \times 14 \times  \cancel7

 = 22 \times 196

 =  \boxed{4312}ans
