Causing equisitifolia is a species of pine that grows along the coasts from east india to australia. It is also planted extensively by the forest department in India, in an effort to reduce soil erosion. Often, this is at the cost of turtle nesting sites. What is this pine, which gets its common name from the unique sound that comes when wind blows through it??
