Radius of its base is 14 m.

Height of the cylinder is 7 m.

We know that ,

VOLUME OF THE CYLINDRICAL TANK = π*r^2*h = 22/7*14*14*7 = 4.312 kl.

h=7m

 \large \bold{v} =   \large \blue{\pi {r}^{2} h}

 =  \frac{22}{ \cancel7}  \times 14 \times 14 \times  \cancel7

 = 22 \times 196

 =  \boxed{4312}ans
