a water tank is in the shape of an cylinder. if the diameterof the base is 126 cm and the height is 120 cm find the lateral surface area and the volime of the tank

daimeter = 126

height=120

lateral surface area of a cylinder is

2\pi \: rh

radius =diameter/2

radius = 126/2

radius=63

LSA:- 2*22/7*63*120

2*22*9*120

47520

Volume of cylinder

\pi {r}^{2} \: h

22/7*63*63*120

22*9*63*120

1496880

hence LSA of water tank is 47520

Volume of water tank is 1496880
