v = side^3 = 15.625 (since it is a cube)
=>side = 2.5

1.as the depth filled is 1.3 so volume of water filled in the tank is 2.5*2.5*1.6 = 10
2.volume = 10 m^3
    1 cubic metre is 1000 litres
    so 10 cubic metres = 10,000 litres
