10 hl = 1000 litres

So, Total amount of water = 1000 litres
Amount of water given to each person = 10 litres
No. of persons who'll get the water = 1000/10
                                                              = 100 persons

Therefore, 100 persons get 10 litres of water each.

Hope my answer helps u out....If yes, then plz mark my answer as the brainliest one and rate me 5 starzzzz.....
