Given that,

Frequency = 2 Hz

Wavelength = 10 cm

Distance = 2 m

We need to calculate the velocity

Using formula of velocity

v =f\times \lambda

Where, f = frequency

λ = wavelength

Put the value into the formula

v=2\times10\times10^{-2}

v = 0.2\ m/s

We need to calculate the time

Using formula of time

t = \dfrac{D}{v}

Where, D = distance

v = velocity

Put the value into the formula

t=\dfrac{2}{0.2}

t=10\ sec

Hence, It will reach at the end of slinky in 10 sec.
