a wax candle burns with a yellow flame.The domestic gas burns with a blue flame.Why?

while burning of the gas candle, the carbon particles does not burn properly, thus leaving yellow flame. but in domestic carbon particles burns property leaving blue flame

Because candle light undergo unsaturate combustion while demostic gas undergo saturate combustion
