Hello Mate,

Here is your answer,

Mass = 220 kgs

Height = 2.2 m

Potential Energy (P.E) = mgh

Let g = 10 \frac{m}{ {s}^{2} }

P.E = mgh

P.E = 220 x 10 x 2.2

P.E = 220 x 22

Potential Energy = 4400 N
