A well is dug 16m deep. its radius is 1.75m. the earth dug out is spread evenly on a rectangular platform which is 11m multiply with 4m find the height of platform raised

Radius =1.75m

The volume of earth dug=
\pi \:  {r}^{2} h
 =  \frac{22 \times 1.75 \times 1.75 \times 16}{7}
=154m³

Volume of platform =volume of digged earth

11x4xh=154

h =  \frac{154}{11 \times 4}
H=3.5m
