7 m. The soil so dug out is spread on a rectangular
plot, 22 m long and 14 m broad. Find the height of
the platform so formed.​

let the area of the well dug is c.

as the well is cylinder

therefore c=πr^2h

c=22/7*7/2*7/2*20

c=22*35

c=770

now the soil which is dug Is spread on a rectangular plot

hence h*area of rectangle=area of cylinder

h*22*14=770

h=770/308

h=2.5
