consider the well as a cylinder where the top surface is open
we should minus the volume of the top circle so,
volume of the cylinder - volume of the top circle
πr^2h- πr^2
π[r^2h- r^2]

22/7[ 4×4×21-(4×4)]
22/7[ 336-16]
22/7[ 320]
7040/7
1005.7
so, volume of the well is 1005.7 m^3
