A well with 10m inside diameter is dug 14m deep.Earth taken out of it is spread all round to a width of 5m to form an embankment. Find the hieght of embankment

Volume of cylinder=
$\pi {r}^{2} h \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 5 \times 14 \\ = 220 {m}^{2}$
Volume of cylinder= volume of embankment
220= 5*5*h
H= 220/2
h= 8.8m
