In Indian Constitution 'The Fundamental Rights' is in the part 3 of the Constitution(Article 12-35).
This feature is derived from USA.Now Indian Constitution have Six fundamental rights.As the 'Right to property'was deleted from the list and now its a legal right under Article 300-A.
So the Six Fundamental Rights are
1. Right to eqality(Article 14-18)
2.Right to freedom(Article 19-22)
3.Right against exploitation (Article23-24)
4.Right to freedom of religion(Article25-28)
5.Cultural and educational rights (Article 29-30)
6.Right to Constitutional Remedies ( Article32).
