In Indian Constitution 'The Fundamental Rights' is in the part 3 of the Constitution(Article 12-35).

This feature is derived from USA.Now Indian Constitution have Six fundamental rights. As the 'Right to property'was deleted from the list and now its a legal right under Article 300-A.

So the Six Fundamental Rights are

2.Right to freedom(Article 19-22)

3.Right against exploitation (Article23-24)

4.Right to freedom of religion(Article25-28)

5.Cultural and educational rights (Article 29-30)

6.Right to Constitutional Remedies ( Article32).
