Skin,tongue,nose,ear and eye are sense organs.
Receptors are organs ehich receive stimulus and generates sensory impulse and transmit it to CNS via sensory nerve.eg. phonoreceptors in ear,photoreceptors in retina of eye etc
Effectors are organs which acts according to motor impulse .Glands and Muscles
