weight of an object. Will the mass and
weight of an object on the earth be same
as their values on Mars? Why?

Answer:

Weight of an object is the force by which earth attracts the it due to its gravitational force.

BUT

Mass is the matter contained in a body .

They both will only be same on earth or on a planet where the gravitational force is equal of earth's force.

Gravitational force is less on Mars then on earth and so they can't be same
