solution: Given,

initial angular velocity (w1)=0

final angular velocity (w2) =2πf=2×3.14×15=94.2rad/sec

time(t)=10second

now,we have to find,

angular acceleration(a)=?

angle which wheel has rotated in 2 sec (thita)=?

then,

angular aceleration(a)=(w2-w1)/t=94.2/10=9.42rad/sec^2

also,

(thita)=w1t+1/2at^2=(0+9.42×2×2)/2=18.84radian
