Hello friends.

when an objects falls freely its acceleration is constant because in a free fall the acceleration does not depends on the mass of body . the uniform acceleration is produced due to gravitational force . in other words when a body falls freely to the ground under the action of gravity . its velocity increases at the constant rate of 9.8m/s²

hope it's helpful for you..
