Answer:

The price at which the shirt and the trouser will be available to a customer are Rs.510 and Rs. 1700 respectively.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Marked Price of Shirt is Rs.600

            Marked Price of trouser is Rs.2000

To Find: Find the price at which the shirt and the trouser will be available to a customer.

Solution:

Retailer  allows 15% discount to every customer.

Marked Price of Shirt is Rs.600

Discount = \frac{15}{100}\times 600

               = 90

Discounted price of shirt = Rs.600-Rs.90 =Rs.510

Marked Price of trouser is Rs.2000

Discount = \frac{15}{100}\times 2000

               = 300

Discounted price of trouser = Rs.2000-Rs.300 =Rs.1700

Hence the price at which the shirt and the trouser will be available to a customer are Rs.510 and Rs. 1700 respectively.
