Solution :-

CP of customer = SP of Retailer = Rs.874.4

So ,

SP of Retailer = Rs.874.4

→ Loss % = 10%

→ CP of Retailer = SP * 100 / (100 - Loss%)

→ CP of Retailer = (874.4*100)/(100-10)

→ CP of Retailer = (874.4 * 100) / 90

→ CP of Retailer = Rs.971.55

___________________

CP of Retailer = SP of wholesaler = Rs.971.55

So ,

SP of wholesaler = Rs.971.55

→ Gain% = 20%

→ CP of wholesaler = SP * 100 / (100 + Gain%)

→ CP of wholesaler = ( 971.55 * 100) / (100 + 20)

→ CP of wholesaler = ( 971.55 * 100) / 120

→ CP of wholesaler ≈ Rs.810 (Ans).

Hence, The watch cost Rs.810 to the wholesaler .

___________________________

Cp of customer = Sp of retailer = ₹874.4

__________________________

➠Cp of retailer = sp×100/(100-loss%)

➠Cp of retailer = (874.4×100)/(100-10)

➠Cp of retailer = (87440/90)

Cp of retailer = ₹971.55

__________________________

➠Cp of retailer = Sp of wholesaler = ₹ 971.55

➠Cp of wholesaler = (971.55×100)/(100+20)

➠Cp of wholesaler = (97155/120)

➠Cp of wholesaler =₹810
