then the area of square=(side)²

Thus area = 22/7 x 42 x 42 = 5544cm^2

Circumference of circle
2\pi \: r
= 2 x 22/7 x 42 = 264 cm

Perimeter of square = 4a = 264 cm

Side of square = 264/4 = 66 cm

Area = 66 x 66

Ratio = area of circle : area of square

= (22 x 6 x 42)/(66 x 66)

= 14:11
