Perimeter of rectangle = 2×(9+6.5)

And perimeter of rectangle is equal to circumference of circle. Therefore circumference of circle = 2πr. =2×(9+6.5). Therefore , 22/7 ×r = 15.5 therefore r=15.5 ×7/22=4.9 cm. Hence radius =4.9cm and diameter = 9.8cm
