perimeter of rectangle=2 (length+width)
=2 (18+15)=66 cm
perimeter of circle =perimeter of rectangle
perimeter of circle=2.pi.r
66=2 x 22/7 x r
r=21/2cm
now
area of circle =pi.r^2
=22/7 x (21/2)^2=693/2
=346.5 cm^2

Answer:

The wire is in the shape of rectangle

length = 18 cm

breadth = 15 cm

now the wire is bent into a circle

so

perimeter of rectangle = circumference of the circle

2(l+b) = 2πr

2(18 +15)     =  2πr

2×33 = 2πr

66 = 2πr

66 × 7/ 2×22 = r

33 × 7/22 =r

21/2  = r

10.5 = r

so the radius of the circle is 10.5 cm
