Let the age of younger cousin be x years
and age of the older brother be y years ;

y-x = 10
y = 10+x -----(1)

15 years ago :
the age of the cousins will be (x-15) & (y-15)

(y-15) = 2(x-15)
y-15 = 2x-30
y = 2x-15 -----(2)

10+x = 2x-15
x = 25

y = x+10
y = 25+10

y = 35

Hence the respective ages of the two cousins are 25 & 35 years.
