We know that,

R = ρL/A

Here it is given that,

Resistance = R = 10Ω

Length = L = 1m

Area of cross-section = A = πr² = π(d/2)²

                                 = 3.14×(0.2/2)² = 3.14 × 0.1² = 3.14 × 0.01 = 3.14 × 10⁻² m²

R = ρL/A

ρ = RA/L

ρ = 10 × 3.14 × 10⁻² / 1

ρ = 3.14 × 10⁻¹

ρ = 0.314 Ω⁻¹
