the circumference of the circle =2πr

Radius of circle= 14 cm

circumference is 2×π×14=88cm

circumference of circle=perimeter of square (A.T.Q.)

Perimeter of square=4×side

88 =4×side

side=88/4 =22

Step-by-step explanation:

let the side of the square be 'a 'cm

the circumference of the circle will be equal to the perimeter.

2\pir =  4a

2 x (22/7) x 14 = 4a

a   =  2 x (22/7) x 14 ÷ 4

a = 77÷2

a = 38.5 cm^2

rajpoorna: oops its 88/4 so it will become 22cm
rajpoorna: sry
